this is a very well written fast paced book which uses great use of the concept of time. It makes your feelings go on a emotional rollacoaster. i used those images because on the cover it uses clues so i wanted to do the same without making it to similar. i used the music because it soothes your brain

Last term i read "A Wrinkle In Time".It was written by Madeline L'engle. The book was very well written and had very discriptive writing. I really enjoyed the book and i would recomend it to anyone from ten twelve. The book is quite complicated but when you get into it you cant stop turning the pages.

The characters were Meg a little girl and her genius younger brother Charles Wallace. the story was about Meg's father getting lost in another dimension.
there were three magical women from another planet who helped them find there father but to find him they had to go through a town called camazotz where everything is the same. The person in charge IT a big brain is hold her father hostage. To get through the dimensions they have to tesser and along the way they get caught in a planet where everyone is blind. They help Meg go back to Camazotz and take charles wallace back as he got caught there. Bailey

That sounds like a very good book. but it sounds complicated. it also sounds very long. that has nothing to do with the book by groop red. we red midnite. it was not that complicated and not as long. Aston

Week Two - What type of books do you enjoy reading? Do you like funny books? Science Fiction? Scary stories? Adventure? Sad stories? Do you have a favourite book at the moment? Do you prefer to read stories where the main character is your age? Male? Female?

Ienjoy thriller books which have problems to be solved. That way it gets my head thinking. I usually enjoy books with plane crashes or murder investigations. I like reading books about people my age so that i can relate to the story. sometimes i like a bit of humour in books if it ha sany thing to do with the book but i hate the books where the jokes dont even relate to the book.

My favorite book at the moment is the invisible city. In the invisible city A charachter called josh is told his dad has died and that the plane went miles of track. Josh investigates and this incedent and wonders if there was ufo's in the sky. I really enjoy this book because it is just the right book for me
and i would reccomend it to any one who likes scary and sucspicios stories

I also like thriler books because it laws me into the story so I never want to put it down. I love books were the characters solve a problem and then get hit with another one. I dont really like plane crash stranded on a island books. I'm more into murder investigation books because I like to guess who commited
    the murder.

Once I have read a really long book I like to read a nice and easy humour book because I like to have a little laugh. I have never heard of
The invisible city but it sounds great. My favourite book at the moment would have to be Bulging brains and Disgusting digestion because I learnt alot of cool facts. Hope you liked my response from Russel.

Your most disliked character in a book and why.

    T
he bike hoons in walk20 run20. I dislike them because they take the kids captured and treat them very badly.
at the end the kids get let free by one of the hoons who felt sorry for the boy who's parents died. the leader hoon gets betrayed by the other hoons who leave him.

the hoons were originally trying to steel sheep and Nina a phycic girl found them out but when she got to the scene she was captured. Nina her brother and her cousin tryed to sabotage their plans by letting the sheep out and other things. At the end the hoon chasing the kids who stole his motorbike got injured and so the kids felt sorry for him. I wouldnt feel sorry for him if i was captured by them and thrown around like they were.

I don't know this book Bailey.. Who wrote it? Mrs G
I dont know but it is on the book list.

Wow that sounds like a really good interesting book. I would like t read it one day. I feel sorry for hoons in a way it sounds like he just wanted some company and know one liked him. i feel so sorry for hoons when the kids took his bike thats so unfair.

But the book that i really liked was the book that we read in reading groups a long time ago. some one like me. the kids were really mean to tas but i really liked it how he over come this fear of caring what other people think. I found it really funny and and joyfull how he still puled pranks on people and he puled peoples legs like with the poo that he put in the bullies locker

What has been your most favourite Justin D'Ath extreme adventure book and why

my favourite justin D'ath book is killer whale because it is well written and has many exciting parts. I liked it because it was a page turner and i just couldn't put it down. When read it I could picturise what was happening whether it was a seal chasing them or if it was them landing the plane on the ice. As i am only halfway through the book i dont know the whole story but what i have read has kept me on the edge of the bed.

So far there hasn't been to much envovment with the killer whale but I am assuming that it is more about hunting them. Most justin D'ath books ussually dont give away a lot of the book. so far it has been about Sam and his brother harry getting stranded in the artic after thier dad wins a ticket to the artic. The children get seperated and now they are trying to stop the japenese from hunting the killer whales. As I said i havn't read it all but what I have read i would reccomend

    I liked killer whale too.\
I liked Shark bait becasue it was interesting.
